A to Z Used Auto Parts and Junk Yard charged me a total of $1,587 for a Transmission Replacement before I was able to take my car out of the Business Establishment and gave me a 90 day warranty on the Transmission and Labor! I took the car back to them 3 times within the first month of me receiving my car back from Their mechanic, with the complaint that the Transmission was pulling tremendously. The mechanic test drove the car and stated that it was in perfect running condition. Within less than 2 months time, the Transmission went out completely and left me on the side of the road! A to Z kept my car in their shop past the 90 day warranty and they are now telling me I have to pay them again for the repairs in order to take my car out the shop! I have been paying for car rentals ever since theyve had possession of my car! Please help me!

I bought a used part for my car, which didn't work and I returned it. When I asked for the receipt, the business owner told me that his printer was not working, which made me distrustful and I was only able to take a photo of the transaction from the machine. The transaction appeared pending for a few days until it no longer appeared and only the original payment was there. I called the bank and they told me that the business had canceled the return of my money. They made me believe that they were giving me my money back and then intentionally canceled it.
