    Purchased a 2019 SALEM CRUISE LITE TRAVEL TRAILER FROM THE NOTED COMPANY NOT EVEN A MONTH AGO TO FIND THAT THE TRAILER HAS A ROOF LEAK, THE BATHTUB LEAKS, KITCHEN COUNTER OUTLETS OR NON OPERABLE, AND I HAD AN ACCIDENT DUE TO FAULTY EQUIPMENT SOLD TO PULL TRAILER. I HAVE CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGES WITH THE COMPANY BUT THE COMPANY HAS NOT REACHED OUT TO ME TO DATE.

    I am seeking a full refund of our rv protection plan of ******* We purchased a warranty for ****** for protection on our rv and ****** for **********. We took our RV in for repair on 4/13 for a broken bunk bed, chain snapped when we were putting it up and some other small issues. We were told the warranty company denied all our small repairs but will fix the bunk bed. After numerous calls of trying to find out when it will be fixed we kept being told they have no status on the parts. After 60+ days we decided to call the warranty company and find out what was going on since the contract says they can not keep our trailer longer than 60 days. Warranty company, ********************, said they have never heard from ***** ******** and do not have an open case for us. Called ***** ******** and they said they are just repairing it on their own. They still had no update of when the parts would come in or when we could get our trailer back. We had enough and wanted to get our trailer and fix it locally. We also had our trailer there for some exterior repair under warranty, ***************** ******** said they would have the exterior all re buffed and coated for us to pick up and let us know when the chair arrives for us to bring back. We finally got our trailer on 7/5/22. Almost 90 days and nothing was fixed and they destroyed the outside of our trailer! They buffed the trailer to apply the ********** since it was fading and ********** was suppose to not allow that to happen. When buffing the trailer they made burn marks all over all the stickers and it looks way worse than before we took it in. They agreed that it looked really bad and now we have to wait until end of august when their painter returns and they will take all the decals off and paint the trailer. No way will we let them touch our trailer again. After 80 days nothing was repaired and they ruined our exterior. I have attached a picture of the trailer on the day we dropped it off and some pictures from pickup.
