    Aamco and ****** ****** fixed my transmission. I drove home to ******************** which was **** miles. ***** drove great. Two weeks later transmission problems. Took it to the Aamco in ********* ********** and they let me know what happen and the Aamco and ****** ****** in which his name is ********* is not cooperating to have my truck fixed. Aamco and ********* has had my truck for 4 1/2 weeks. This is bullshit! ******, ****** Aamco is responsible to have the transmission fixed. This will be done. I am losing money on my weekend jobs because I dont have my truck , this situation needs to be and better be resolved. The Aamco and ******, ****** for some reason is not supposedly giving his OK to get the parts in which he is responsible for. If my truck was in ******, I would take it over there and he would have to fix his son of a gun. But since I am in Southern **********, hes dragging his feet, this is unacceptable. Thank you.

    I took my car to Aamco to get fixed for engine problems and an evap leak. They had my car for a month off and on because they say they fixed the problems and didn't. My car was still having the same problems I took it in for a month ago. I took my car in for the 10 day inspection and my car still had the same codes as before.

    Customer had battery replaced along with a valve replaced on 02/23/23. Then on 02/25/23 a tune up was done on vehicle. Vehicle was brought back by customer on 03/01/2023 stating vehicle was shaking and had check engine light on. Vehicle was checked and was determined engine had gone bad and customer needed to replace engine. A rebuilt engine was installed and vehicle was picked up on 04/04/2023. Customer has a 12 month or ***** mile warranty on engine. It was advised to customer at the 10 day check up 04/21/2023 that if vehicle has any issues to bring back and we will take a look at vehicle and fix any issues. Customer has not brought back vehicle or contacted us regarding any issues. Customer can come back and we will take a look at vehicle.

    On 04-26-2023 I took my 2014 ********** Jetta S for a transmission service the tune of ****** dollars. ***** in ***** Miles out ***** ( No test drive )Picked up my car that same day drove 32 miles car started smoking real bad at a stop light light and stated to pull out and the car would not move. Had car towed back to AAMCO ( COST OF ***** dollars ) I was told that the technician left the pan gasket off repair order says Faulty pan gasket.I asked for a rental car and they refused. I work for the school district and I am required to go to different schools for my work so I HAVE TO HAVE A CAR for work. They would not accommodate me in any way. I took the rental car back Saturday and paid them ****** dollars. It is now 5-10-2023 and still no car and I have to be at work at 3:oo PM today I believe at the very least I should be reimburse for towing and car rental. I also filed a complaint with Bu. of Automotive Repairs but they said that they can not require them the reimburse me, they can request but not demand they also said that they have had previous complaints on this dealer

    I request AAMCO to inspect and provide a cost for the repair of my vehicle. When I was quoted a $1000.00 cost for the labor of the removal of my transmission. After disassembling my transmission, I was provided a quote, which was a couple of hundred cheaper than the dealership. I explained that the dealership wouldn't have it repaired for 30 days, and I needed the vehicle to andavel back home to *********. The owner stated the vehicle would be ready in 3 days. AAMCO called me 3 days later and every day further stating my vehicle was ready, leading into a month. receipts were issued to me on the same date while business was being conducted on a different date. Several receipts with different quotes were emailed to me with different amounts due for the repair. In the meantime, I had to pay individuals gas to get to work and fly back and forth to check on my disabled son in *****

    Took my truck in to get some warranty work done. Warranty company requested to have transmission taken down. I was told this was ok due to the warranty company asking for it. Had issues with the warranty company and they longer want to pay. Now AAmco wants to charge me $1000.00 to put my broken transmission back into my truck because I can't pay the crazy amount they want. The owner is now stating that I MUST pay the $1000.00 in cash only by friday if not he will put a lein on my vehicle. I was never told to pay the $1000.00 before. Never had any paperwork stating that I needed to pay the deposit.
