    WM continues to provide subpar service for trash pick-up My regular pick-up day of 6 Dec was missed for trash. Recycle was picked up. The entire street and neighborhood was missed for trash. I called and spoke to WM on 7 Dec to make sure they know. Of course, the driver left zero notes about missing the neighborhood. Instead of a prompt pick up, I was told it would not happen until next week. This happens quite a bit. How does a whole neighborhood get missed, but the driver is allowed to say they made the pick-up? How is it that we pay for a service that was not given. I want a pro-rated discount for missed pick-up. If the pick-up happens the next day, that's fine but for it to wait until next week is not acceptable. We pay a high price for this service.

    Subject: Unauthorized Charges on **************************** Management Customer Service,I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to address a serious concern regarding my recent billing statements. My account, [*******************************], has been subject to continuous extra charges that I did not authorize.Upon reviewing my recent invoices, I noticed that additional fees have been applied to my account without any prior notification or explanation. These charges are not consistent with the terms of my original service agreement, and I have not been provided with any documentation or justification for these extra amounts.I kindly request an immediate investigation into this matter.     We are having trouble with our trash service. In July, one of their trucks blocked our driveway because the driver had to get out of his truck and handle one of our next door neighbor's trash cans that wasn't placed into the proper position. Normally if there's an issue, they skip the address and move on. At the time of this incident I needed to go somewhere but could not leave because our driveway was partially blocked. Also, on Oct 28th, one of our trash cans was not emptied for some reason (I was home and had made sure nothing was blocking it). We had both of our recycle cans out, but the driver only emptied one of them. I complained via the company's website, and they had no answer for me, however they DID say a truck would come out the next day to get it. This did NOT happen. Despite our two recycle cans being of different color, it has never been a problem until now. I suspect this might be the issue, however it is the company who gave us a different color recycle can, when we had to request a 2nd one, so this is a situation of their own making, if indeed this is what caused the issue. I am upset that not only did customer service tell me a truck would come out the next day, but that did not happen! I would like somebody in a supervisory position to look into this and figure out what happened. The company has recently placed cameras on their trash trucks, so let's have them look at the video from that date (Oct 28th). The account is under the name of ***********************. I don't think it's right that she pays her bill on time always, yet the company doesn't come thru with proper service. If they are NOT able to send a truck out the next day, then why is customer service telling me that they WILL????
