    In February 2022, I ordered CRM Agent from Banning Group. I ordered 12 month service + 3 Hours of support. After few months of trying to use the crm, I figured out that it is not working the way I imagined it would work. After 6 months of trying it, it is not going work because it does not features that I needed. I decided sent them email about cancelling the service and receive refund for the months I did not use the service. Well next day, they close my account and now I have no access to the crm service and they told me via that I can not get refund either. It is fair to ask for refund of 1/2 of what I paid for since I did not use the service for 6 months + I did not use their 3 hours of support.****

    Hi ****, In February 2023, you bought one of our special offers, the limited time $900 Agent CRM Package (which included 12 months of the Agent CRM software and 3 hours of zoom calls with our team). I understand that you havent been able to fully utilize the 3 hours that were included in the package and you still have a remaining 6 months on the plan.

    While our software is offered as a no commitment month-to-month subscription in which you can cancel at any time, our package promotions and discounts represent a term-based agreement which is why we are able to offer them at such a discounted price.As listed in our terms on the Agent CRM sign up page: ********************************************************** well as our promo page *********************************, these discounted services are non-refundable.

    Regarding your account removal, this was closed down because we received your cancellation request form prior to hearing about your wish for a refund. The cancellation form includes acknowledgement of the removal of your data. However, if you change your mind and wish to continue to use the remaining months of the software and 3 hours of support on your plan, I would be happy to reactivate the account. I understand that this may be disappointing. I appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter and in regards to our companys policy.
