  I lost the keys too my 2021 ************ Civic Hatchback Ex on October 5th 2023. My mother ********************* was the one to place the call. I went too truckee and the police took my keys and didn't return them too me. Knowing i need to drive my car when I got back I called my mom asking who was the company she called because I was the one who sat with him waiting for my key. He said since i was in his system the key would only cost me about 75-100$ I don't have a lot of money so i asked my friend *********************** if he could give a ride to where my car was and if he could loan me the 75-100$ for the key. He said no problem.We get over there they instantly started trying to get the key too work. I told them my mother should be in your system and explained what his co workers explained to me. He said he would give me a great deal on it. 600$ out the door. No way! The key fob he showed me goes for 30$ at most on amazon. It cost 35$ just too program. I told him no way.He said okay how about 500$ my mom only paid 495$ the first time she got me the key. I don't understand why they were trying to high **** the price so much. ***** asked for a pen so i went to the office at extended stay south where my car is currently located in **************. I waited for a pen I come out ***** gave them 300$ and said that I should talk too there boss tomorrow if he had too pay the extra he would. I told him no way there totalled scamming us. I called the company again and let them know i don't want the key anymore i have the zurich package with my ***** which means they give me a free key too my car once a year. They have been calling me and texting me on different numbers demanding me that i pay them, i said no I want my money back and he said no it's already programmed give him the money now. He isn't working with me i asked to speak to the boss they just say oh I sent it too the higher *** and theyll contact you shortly. There isn't a higher up it's a fake scamming company
