      I recently purchased a 20ft shipping container from Conexwest for storage purposes. The ordering process was straightforward, and the staff I spoke with were polite and answered my initial questions. The container was delivered within the estimated timeframe, which I appreciated.
      Overall, the price was competitive, and the container serves its purpose. I’d consider using them again but would double-check the details next time.

      I purchased a container in September of 24 its January of 25 and I was told I was getting a refund end of December. I now cannot get a hold of anyone Ive been calling during office hours at all times of day. I have emailed, called and left vm with no response.

      I have been waiting for allmost two months for a refund on a box i never received, also i now have to pay another months rent because they haven't picked up the 20 ft. All i keep hearing is its processing. ***************************

      We ordered a container on may 1. Two weeks later still heard nothing back from them so we called on may 22nd to cancel the order so we spoke to ***** and got everything canceled and he said we would get our refund in about a week. It is now July and we have been calling them for the past 2 weeks all over again to try to get our refund and they tell us it's processing and "just 3 more days" so needless to say they are horrible in customer service and we have them another card to use because we had to close our shop down which then means close the bank acct. So they wouldn't help at all. Now with all that said we had ordered an office container in the middle of March and it WAS delivered. we had to move shop locations at the beginning of may so i called come west to move the container and they proceeded to tell me that they are "in ********** so only California services" (I was resided in ***** at the time). So we transported ourselves to our new location where we rented. We have been calling and calling and calling to get this container picked up as we had to have all of our stuff out of the shop by 1st of July and now we have to pay another months rent in ***** when we live in ******* now Because a bunch of monkeys can't seem to figure out how to refund a simple credit card and pick up a little 20ft container

      Save your time and go somewhere else. They quoted my business about a month delivery and it's been almost going on three months and still haven't received our items. Upon placing the order, ****************** was arrogant and rude. Every time I call and ask for a shipping update, it keeps getting pushed out and his answer when I asked why was, "I don't know". This is very discouraging and makes me feel sick that I still have to work with them in order to receive my order. It's even more upsetting when this was a $24k order.

      I would've seen these reviews beforehand I have been trying to have 4 containers picked up since December 28th and have been lied too many times. *****, **** and ***** are one step above worthless, they don't care about customers at all.
