    *************************** from Bird Proof was hired August 17, 2023 to put in Solar Panel Critter Guards and Roof Spikes. This was for the purpose of getting rid of the pigeons on my roof. A pigeon was on the rain gutter downsprout. I emailed ****** on September 11, 2023 and informed him of this issue. He told me that he would be on paternity leave starting the next two days. Contacting ****** on October 12th, 2023, he was back at work and would be coming out to bird proof my neighbors' roof. At that time he did put a roof spike on my gutter. The pigeons found another spot on the roof for nesting. ****** was emailed on February 27, 2024 informing him of the issue. He did not respond. I waited two weeks until March 12, 2024. His response was that he was waiting on another customer in ******* before he would come out. He stated that windows are $50.00 each. I replied that they are on the roof. April 26, 2024, I emailed ****** stating that it has been two months and you have yet to come out and addess this issue. I requested that he give me a date and time as to when he will be coming out by May 3, 2024. No response. ****** displays a lack of regards for customer service satisfaction and accountability.

    Hello, this is ****** the owner of bird proof. ***** left out the fact that I have previously came to her house (for free) to install more free bird spikes on her house. We warranty all of our material in the case that If any of the material comes off we come back for free. In this case ***** wants more spikes in seperate areas, other than where here quote was. Im more than happy to come out an help her, but its not a free service.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    When ****** came and installed the spike on my roof, he did not mention to me that the spikes would only be installed in certain parts of my roof.  I was under the impression that he would install the spikes on my entire roof to get rid of the birds.  After ****** completed my install, he mentioned that he did not feel comfortable installing the spikes on the side of my roof because the roof sloped.  I mentioned to ****** after the install that the birds were now on my gutter, and he came back out after he did an install on my neighbor's house that I referred him to.  I emailed ****** on February 27, 2024 to ask if he could come back again because the birds were now nesting on the side of my roof that has a slope and he has been unresponsive.  Therefore, I would like for ****** to revisit my residence and complete the installation as originally discussed.  I'd like to ensure that the entire roof is covered to prevent further bird-related problems.  Thank you!
