******* and ********************* ordered a *** from ****** through OfferUp for $118.79 on January 31st, We received it and it was not compatible so we called him and explained that the *** was not letting us log in and its not compatible. he hangs up the phone. I then call him back and tell him not to hang up a listen. My Husband now gets on the phone and tries to explain the problem and he then hangs up on him. I went into OfferUp and request a refund, instead of him going through OfferUp he text me on the site stating return and he will refund. He didn't go through OfferUp to return so we had to go through *** and spent $51.63. loosing the opportunity to go through OfferUp! We Had a Two day window to return so we went and returned it Saturday the 6th 2024. ****** received the item January 16th, 2024 since then i have been asking and texting him for a refund. He wont answer his calls or my messages. Now he just scammed us! I reported it to the ****** of ******** General and now to BBB, i also contacted and made a report to the authorities DC-#************. I'm spending more money to send him a registered letter and a regular mailed letter. He Has other numbers Cell-************ and Fax-************. We just want our money back but now he is making us pay more money to get our refund so we ask for help in getting $170.42 that's counting the return fee because of his negligence through OfferUp. And that's not counting the register mail I'm sending today.
