    I was contacted by their salesperson and pressured into purchasing some pens with my business information on them. I had done business with them previously and agreed to the pens. This was on June 30 and my bank
    account was charged for $150.00. As of this date, I have not received the pens and no one will answer the
    phone to advise where the product is or how to get my money back. Please advise and thank you for any assistance that you may be able to provide.

    **************** ************************** received her custom imprinted pens on August 13, 2022. Nationwide Business Resources, Inc (NBR) apologize for the delay. NBR is having delays with certain products. As soon as the pens were received we printed and shipped the custom imprinted pens. Again we are sorry for delay. NBR will give a $25.00 credit on her next order. Thank you

    Pens have arrived and I am satisfied with them. I am sorry that this escalated to this level and it is partly my fault. I was advised that they had been returning my calls after the complaint was filed.
