  I recently went to this business to get a transfer in September they took the money and said everything was complete. Gave me a 30 day tag . I went out of town for them to call me and say they need a verification of the vin number , ******* who works there want to be arguementive and childish about explaining the process. I asked for another 30 day tag so the car can get verification and she told me no how am I supposed to bring the car back with no registration. Then goes to tell me get it in the state I'm in. Now tell me how am I supposed to do that if my car ** registered in ********** which knowing that because she works for the dmv service I then ask for a refund because the registration is not complete and she refuses to do so even though she properly does not register the vehicle.

  From reading the transaction and what happened in our office with the customer, it seems that ******************** provided the customer with what she came in for which was a 30 day ********** Temporary operating permit. When the customer submitted her paperwork with us for processing, sometimes it does require eyes on it by a DMV technician. They determined it needed additional paperwork and that's why we contacted the customer. DMV does not allow a second 30 day permit unless the customer pays for it. To be issued a second permit, the customer would need to sign paperwork with a wet signature so she would have had to be in the office in person.

  that is a lie I called them to ask them to buy one since they never explained that a verification was needed, ******** was rude an told me it was not her problem. This place is rude and they don't explain the process an do a thorough job the car was there twice as doing the proper paper work was getting done then came back a second time to drop off the smog paperwork and not one time did they say the car needed a verification. I want a refund

  Went into the business to get my vehicle registration renewed and was attended by a older white women. Clearly she did not know what she was doing and a older Russian Gentleman came to her rescue. After wasting about ***** minutes with the both of them they finally called up a 3rd women to help. Got the answers I needed and also an estimate. She told me the total of fees collected apart from DMV fees would be 59 but when I had called in earlier they said the additional fees were only $34. I had been going to Mckees for years when ***** owned it but the new owners have added hidden fees and untrained staff. Also left a review on yelp and "***" tried to tell me i had been to the wrong business. No little lady I know where I went because I drove down the street to **** and got fast and more customer friendly prices.
