    I went to this phone repair shop to have my screen replaced and he over charged me but I didn't complain bc at the time I needed my phone fixed so I paid the price later when I took the phone home I got a notice on my phone saying the display was not a genuine apple product and my battery now needed to be serviced and it could only hold 77% *** charge . I emailed and messaged the business and i got no response from the email but he responded on the ****** page . He then tried to convince me that what I was literally seeing and what my genuine iPhone from the Apple Store was responding to was an update and that he can clear the messages if I brought the phone to him . which I would NEVER ! I refuse to allow him to turn my apple phone into a pear phone this is not icarly . I took my phone into the apple store and I spoke with an apple representative and both times they agreed with me and told me he was wrong . I asked him for a refund and to give me my genuine apple battery Back but he refused and continued to ask me to bring my phone in; I also provided screen shots to prove that i wasn't just trying to get over and get my money back but there's actually a real problem that they created but he was still not cooperative with me . I then told him if he couldn't refund me I would then escalate the issue and also report back to the apple company that there company was damaging apple phones by repairing and installing them with fake apple products and taking advantage of people . He then left me on read so today I sent in all of my proof with the business name attached to it and let them see what was taking place and they assured me they would take action. This is dangerous and faulty phone tampering could cause for it to over heat, damage the battery or even explode and physically harm you . I just want a refund and my battery back
