    Item that ordered on their site was lost and never delivered they refuse to make it right buy offering me 50% off another bottle that are around $80 ea. regardless of shipping insure a business has an obligation to make their mistakes right and refuse to

    Keg n bottle was selling items that they knew were pre-sale items meaning that they do not ship for months on end. This was not disclosed on the website nor to the customer upon email confirmation. Only when I reached out to the company I was told it was a presale item that would be shipping at the end of the month. I placed my order on 2/7/24 and it it currently 3/6/24 and I have yet to receive even an update email beyond my order confirmation. I have proof of these communication instances with the names of the individuals I spoke to. Additionally, the product that I ordered is no longer available on their website so they must know there is an issue with supply, but refuse to let the customer know. I have requested a refund, but have yet to hear back from customer service.

    Hi 

    The customer is correct The item is a pre sale however the supplier pushed the product another few weeks we have no control of this issue all retailers have the same problem 

    We have done many pre sales and have never had this issue 

    I have canceled the order and refunded the customer the full amount

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

    I bought a bottle of nice bourbon from this site ($237). When it arrived, it was clear the bottle had already been opened and likely filled with some alternative. The box was torn, the bottle's seal was completely broken and was literally saran wrapped vertically to keep the broken seal cap in its place. This bottle could've been poisoned for all I know.

    - Order placed in the amount of $266.23 = $224.48 Item + $28.00 Shipping + $13.75 Tax on 6/1/23 at 8:00 PM - I Cancelled 6/2/23 at 6:13 AM - Vendor agreed to refund - Vendor refunded $239.61 on 6/2/23 at 1:55 PM - They discounted my refund $26.62; 10%, never advised of this, could not be restocking as I cancelled 10 hours after initial order, and they included shipping and taxes in the %10 refund reduction.- Never said anything about this in any correspondence - Never replied to my question regarding the 10% discounted refund - They owe me $26.62

    Please take a look at our company's return policy, as showed on our website. There are charges incurred to our company the moment a customer presses confirm on an order. The 10% charge does not even cover all of the charges incurred, such items like referral fees paid to companies like ****** (could be as high as $50), and credit card and processing fees (which could be as high as 3%). I hope this helps explain the situation better.

     The website has links to the return and refund policies. The cancelation policy is embedded into the refund policy, not a stand alone or obvious link. Since I was not returning or asking for a refund how would I find the cancelation policy? Also, they charged 10% on the shipping and taxes. The order was canceled less than 12 hours from the time of the order, nothing processed on their end. Why would the customer be penalized for the cost of their choice for conducting business?
