Got paired with these guys through ************************** which have their own issues.I was initially quoted about 10k for my move a couple weeks before it needed to happen, then almost 18k closer to the moving date; same measurements were provided to the broker, the ** team, and the company, but somehow the price just keeps increasing. These guys show up and have what I believe to be a literal child helping them move; this kid couldn't be 18 yet, even 16 would be a stretch. We do the walkthrough, list off everything going on the truck, I specifically state some items and some rooms will not be going on the truck because they belonged to the roommate. We have to do multiple walkthroughs because they missed items, and even packed some items that specifically weren't going on the truck. They insisted they didn't pack it but I found it at the destination. At origin, they tore a door off its hinges, base plates out, and some damage even to the doorframe. $750 repair estimate because California overcharges for everything. They need multiple trips to get everything to destination, ultimately taking 20 business days for something that was guaranteed within 5-14, even though everything got packed at origin together. They broke 2 TVs, one PC, one Xbox Series X, a treadmill, bookshelves, a desk, and several other smaller items, totaling at minimum $7,000 in damages, and I haven't even found all of my hard drives. They packed a TV with its plug against the screen! Who does that and doesn't expect it to break? The boxes are just confusing; items are packed into several from three clearly separate rooms in the house, making unpacking just generally unnecessarily arduous. A box clearly marked Master bedroom has items from the living room, hallway, hallway closet, hallway bathroom, and the Master bedroom in it. Nothing you expect to be together is. You find your Xbox Series X but none of its 9TB worth of drives. Can't imagine the damages after I finish unpacking.

By far one of the worst experiences Ive ever had in any industry. *** and the people at the office are incredible. After that yikes!First off, if you are outside the area of them coming to give you a quote in person DO NOT USE THEM!! They will lowball so hard on the initial quote and then more than double it on the day of the move. Well of course youll pay it or it will cause an even bigger headache. We had an international trip that night so we had no choice. We went from at $4,800 quote to over $10,000 and we left behind a ton of stuff ?? either tell them to do an in person quote or dont use them at all. Second, as soon as the supervisor gets there he starts whining. For a solid 20 minutes. The best part was, he whined so much about a 2-person sauna. You wouldve thought it was a B2 bomber. Finally I just said dont worry my wife and I put it together so well take it apart. It took less than 10 minutes ?? dude was so unprofessional but at the end he was super nice when we paid more than double the original quote. Funny how that works. Lastly, the guy that dropped everything off was amazing! Super professional and hard worker. The only problem was- the 2 other guys that were supposed to show up never did! So I spent over an hour jumping up on the truck to help unload. Still havent gotten my paycheck yet ?? We did get our stuff and only had a few broken items (piano bench, cracked mirror, broken dresser, etc) but Id drive a U-Haul back and forth 5 times before Id ever use this company again. Total nightmare.

It Was a disaster. I was overcharged. My furniture was broke pieces Were missing and all they seem to be concerned about is getting their driver a tip. The delivery guys were amateurs and did not even have their own tools. I was way overcharged even though I got compensated, It was peanuts. And the mess that the mover's left was ridiculous. I am a senior citizen and I.Felt like they took advantage of that. Before the furniture was even off the truck , they were begging for tips when I was in the house by myself. I'm still missing furniture and I can't get phone calls returned

These guys treated my belongings like dirt just trying to load and unload as soon as possible. Boxes labeled "Extremely fragile DO NOT STACK" were stacked on and smashed. There was more damage to my belongings than the quote cost. They lost an entire bookshelf of mine. When selling you they tell you their covered "insurance" is $0.60 per pound. They do not clarify that is a separate claim for each item. I 100% would have gotten extra insurance if I knew I had none for lightweight items. Not only that, but the original quote I recieved was $1000 less than what I paid on pick up, and they did not even take everything. We had to leave our entire bed behind and much of our belongins. I did everything I could to prevent that and put in extra wiggle room into the quote expecting it to get money back. They did not even measure it. I feel so cheated by this company for losing my irreplaceable stuff, breaking so much of everything else and lying to me. This guy called me up, told me brokers out of ******* are notorious for doing exactly what they did.

Due to death of spouse I moved from ** to ** and what started as $16,000 through "Safe Ship" what a joke, turned into $34,000. and will cost me even more to replace everything they destroyed. Some items cannot be replaced, I have antiques and was very specific when they came, I marked boxes with Red duct tape and wrote FRAGILE on them, those seem to be the boxes they made sure were crushed! Found out after two days of packing that all my belongings were going to *********, ** to be stored. Due to a tornado and weather delays the driver arrived with 4 day laborers that had no idea what they were supposed to do, the driver didn't get out of the truck until the second day because they were moving to slow for him and by then they just started putting items wherever they could. I had items coming through the garage and front door with no way of keeping track of what was happening. They put all heavy items in front of the garage door, I had to wait a month for help from family to move items so I could get to boxes. I was raised with restoring antiques and had a 145 year old cast iron coffee mill that my husband and I restored, it was sheared in half. and cannot be fixed as one huge piece is missing. the item was actually re-wrapped in blankets like I wouldn't notice? No one can tell me what happened or where the missing piece was, the damage is consistent with being dropped from a considerable height and force. When I called I was told "well you did have delays, don't be too upset I know a furniture guy that can fix it"! I had a credenza that is bowed in the center, and every s**** is jammed up through the wood, from sort of impact. I couldn't read the bill of lading, some of these items cannot be replaced and I never received a weigh ticket (since they insure for .60 per pound) what is the weight? Never again!!!!
