      Drain Medic was over charge for the service. Drain Medic charged $325.00 stated on the receipt invoice with 30 days warranty. However, U have the same problem 2 days after Drain Medic provided service. I called Drain Medic back they returned telling me that I had a more serious problem and would cost $6800.00 or more to fix. The technician would send me the his estimate the next day. I waited for three days never get the estimated I called back the office was told some will get back to me but no one did. They never ***** their 30 days warranty. I have no choice but to call **** **** Plumbing. ******* ***** from **** **** came, spent 35 minutes and fixed the problem. **** **** charged $96.00 The problem has not been return since. I felt Drain Medic was overcharge for the problem. Their employees are not experience and wrongly diagnostic the problem. I will be filling a small claim court for my $325.00.I will never using this Drain Medic Plumbing company again and I hope all of you will not suffer the same experience I have endured.

      Had a water ****/leak between the meter and the house around midnight, Called SWLA Insurance that we purchased through an ad on our Utility Billing website. ************** came out the same day. Very friendly and informative, assessed the situation and called his office to run a bypass so we would be with water until the repairs could be scheduled and performed. The whole bypass process took ***** approximately 30 minutes and we are with water. Thank you ***** for your service and information as to when we could expect the repairs to be addressed. More to follow as we await the repairs to begin.**** & Belle *********, **
