  Just the facts I bought a 96 Landcruiser from *** on online auction. All the videos on BAT looked accurate and believable. Vehicle shipping to my house (which I had to take over to get done as *** was unable to complete this for 2 weeks AFTER I paid him. The vehicle was highly misrepresented in the videos and pictures. I realize this is almost a 30 year old vehicle however, multiple untruths were communicated, car showed up with check engine light on, unable to be shifted out of park without emergency override, trim pieces missing completely inside, all rear panels loose with 90% broken clips, screws missing from dash so that it was falling off, alignment was pulling so hard to left it was almost undriveable, passenger side tie rod wasnt tightened and had 1/2 inch of play, stereo was inoperable. *** stated all window seals had been replaced new after painting, they are all old seals. The paint job that he said was ceramic coated feels like 100 grit sandpaper. *** has been unreachable to discuss any of these failings since i received the car. All this in a car that *** in a video called the cleanest most special Land Cruiser he had ever made for sale. I was buying a complete car and instead ended up with a project car that I can hopefully fix. Buyer Beware

  Stopped by this place a few times until I found the right car. Their selection is pretty specific on each car and they typically have 3-4 options of each car. I liked that they had all maintenance and common weak points taken care of. *** offered to send me pictures of underside which I thought was pretty nice for the last 2 cars I was deciding on. I asked other dealers to do this so I can compare and no one else wanted to do that. Overall pretty impressed

  Purchased a car maybe about 3 years ago from them. I shopped around and found these guys to be the best priced and had the most attention to detail. Unfortunately it seemed like their cars kept selling too fast which was a little annoying initially but the owner offered to find me a car and build it for me. It was a 4runner and I hesitantly agreed even though it sounded a bit weird. To my surprise it was a very fun and pleasant experience. They found me exactly what I wanted. Most recently I ended up needing a new car so I hit them up. They found me an impeccable Macan GTS at an amazing price very quickly and helped me sell my 4runner in 3 days. I will definitely be using them again

  I purchased a ****** 4runner from these guys back when they were in ******** in 2019 in a small lot. *** was the only person working back then as far as I could tell. The one thing that stood out to me was that he was very clear about all the fees, all the little details on the car even though it was a 20 year old car. Ever since then I have had my 4runner serviced with them and I just purchased a Tundra from them. Not only have they grown in lot size but *** has a lot of employees that were super helpful from the test drive to the whole financing process. Definitely a refreshing experience to know what youre getting yourself into ahead of time without any games

  Purchased an audi a4 2 years ago. Great car at good price. I still bring it here for service and they always take care of me. Overall recommended for sure

  I have bought 2 cars actually from the business and both experiences have been amazing. I bought a Prius and a ****** and couldnt be happier! The level of attention to detail he has for this cars reflects. The price was great and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good used car!

  At first the car is new to you and seems like a decent deal. Their dealing service is subpar, they tell you they did this and that to the vehicle but did they? I went under the vehicle to inspect the brakes, the underbody(they say they clean it) and they replaced bushings.... They didn't do any of that. Plus, once it was cold, I noticed a noise upon startup.... They always had the vehicle warm by the time I went to drive it... Bad timing belt another $1000. Super disappointed. I reached out and he(owner) never responded.

  Hi ***, Thank you for your review, I left the same response to you ****** review so I will clarify everything here as well. Lets look into this situation and see exactly what happened.As you are aware, we have plenty of minivans in stock and we do service everything in house as needed. You initially put a non refundable deposit on an older Odyssey that was more expensive than this but your bank had an age limit so we offered to use it towards another vehicle. You came and checked this one out more than once and test drove it and loved it. You decided to purchase this one.Your purchase price was $8600 for a 2014 ***** Odyssey with over 150k miles. ***** doing a quick search on ***** Blue Book shows the value around $11,000-11,500. So you purchased it roughly around $2800 under market value. This price included all the service we had done on the car which included (checked service invoice):Valve cover gaskets Motor/trans mounts Oil change Alignment So again, you purchased a 150k+ vehicle for roughly $2800 under market value while having about $1800 worth of service done. In that service work, there was never any mention of brakes or any type of brakes. I double checked this as well. In this review you are mentioning bushings, we never mentioned bushings or under body but in your ****** review you only claimed that we lied about getting brakes done which we had never mentioned regardless. Now was this really as bad of a transaction as you are making it sound? I do not think so. The car was obviously a higher mileage vehicle with some wear and tear on the exterior and interior and that $2800 under market value price of it clearly represents that. We also have ***** Odysseys with higher price tags but those are in immaculate condition. We work hard to make sure we have mechanically sound cars in every price budget for all our customers. You chose this one due to the price, the year and the mileage.As far as timing belt tensioner goes, we would have happily replaced it for you because a tensioner is around $150-200 and do not mind replacing that to make sure you are happy. You called and asked if we could do the timing belt for you. Considering how cheap we had sold the car and all the work we had already done, we could not afford to give you that service for free. We offered to do it at cost which is around $1000-1200. Even with that service , this car would still be under market value. I never heard back from you.You also mentioned in this review and ****** that I never got back to you after the timing belt tensioner issue but at the same time you mentioned that I gave you a quote for $1200. So clearly something is not adding up here. I obviously reached out and communicated with you. Also in your ****** review you are claiming it is a bad tensioner. In here you are saying it is a bad timing belt. There is not such thing as bad timing belt, if it's a bad timing belt it will snap and your car will not be driveable. Timing belts get old and dried up , and it is a preventative/scheduled maintenance to do it before that happens. I offered to do that job for you at cost and make sure you are taken care of but you did not want that. I would be happy to take care of anything you need to make sure your experience is a 5 star experience because we strive for that. Feel free to call or text me and I would be happy to help.
