    Purchased a mobile home from this park, owner states one $500 money order did not cash but wont return the money order and refuses to give me my money back or the title. I paid her a total of $15,000 for the trailer, in money orders and cashier checks which she acknowledges. She has also started a legal campaign attempting to make it look like I owe her rent so that she can repossess the trailer without giving me my money back. She does this constantly to all of the trailers in the park. She never gives anyone their money back, she fraudulently claims they have breeched her contract and then repossess the trailers to resale the trailers and start the cycle over again. Her own contract states mediation and arbitration are required to resolve disputes and she refuses to attend mediation. She only agrees to meeting in person just myself, herself and her workers who serve to intimidate her opposing party. When I decline and request what is in her own contract she refuses to speak to me.

    RESPONSE concerning ************************* complaint: ********************************* purchased the home is 2022 and she failed to complete to transfer the unit into her name.  ********************* of ******* and ********************* issues title transfers.  ********************************* has also failed to pay the space rent of her mobile home, utilities, etc. She has contacted your agency, numerous other agencies and social media sites with a multitude of false claims. This is a civil matter and both parties have retained an attorney.

    Attached is a copy of the *** Title Search of the mobile home dated last year 4-7-2023 that shows the pending new owner.
