    Buyer BEWARE!! We bought both a plunge AND the 4 person sauna in spring of 2023 for $15k+. It came late and didnt arrive until Fall of 2023. We had an electrician come out and install the right power outlets and keep both in our garage out of the weather for context of how we take care of it. Plunge tub review: Soon after we got the plunge tub (about 1 month), a brand new model came out. We emailed them asking if we could return the plunge and pay the difference (note that it wouldve been THOUSANDS of dollars more). We figured after spending $15k with them, they would allow us to upgrade and pay more. ****. Now its Jan 2025 and the plunge already has broken. The electric component went out. Theyve said that it will cost $600 to send us a new part. I would think for how much this sauna costs, the part should last longer than 15monthsSauna review:The sauna is overall not horrible but it seems cheaply made and the design is dumb because you cant sit and lean back without hitting your head on the slanted ceiling. All the heat rises to the other side, so its an inefficient design. The app never works and is very glitchy. Probably could have just bought the hardware and had someone build a custom one for cheaper honestly especially since you basically build the whole thing yourself when it gets delivered. The lights at the top glitch out quickly from the heat. The sauna is already making a weird sound that doesnt sound good. Their customer support is not great and it seems like once theyve sold to you, they dont care - they got your money. Will not be buying from them again.

    Ive had a terrible experience with the Plunge company. First, the product arrived damaged. They asked me to open it and try and see if the chiller performs. I set it up and ran into issues with the tub and the chiller. After multiple days of reaching out to them, they agreed to ship me a new tub. That one came with a leak. The customer service team takes multiple days to respond to anything. And they are asking me to pay a restocking fee and shipping fee if I want to return even within the first 30 days. During the sales process, their sales person had told me theres no such fee. Theyre yet to resolve the product issues and I am stuck with 2 malfunctioning tubs and a malfunctioning chiller just lying around.

    Would do a minus star if I could. Had a terrible experience with this company. Received a cold plunge that was missing a part (the * ring) which prevents the filter chamber from leaking. *n top of that they sent us the wrong replacement filters. The next morning due to the leak the tub completely drained on our patio. *nce we stopped it from leaking we got to use it for one day. The next morning the cooling system stopped working. When calling the customer service we were advised to fill out a form on line to get a technician to contact us. The only way the technician communicated with us is through email. No help over the phone. After a few days we received a reply with no attempt to fix the problem. We were told to replace the filter. But when we reminded them they sent us the wrong ones they mentioned that they are out of the correct ones. We requested to send their broken plunge back for a full refund but were told that we need to pay for the shipping in order to return the item. At this point we are filling a dispute wit our credit card company to get our money back.
