    Hi ********!

Thank you for reaching out! We are sorry for any communication issues. I am showing that you deactivated your account in our messaging service and we did not receive any emails or telephone calls regarding your client. Again, so sorry! We are here and ready to help in any way we can. You have our telephone number, email, and messaging service information. Feel free to reach out when you can. Talk soon!

I am rejecting this response because: I had sent a message with no respond, so I check to see why only to see I was disconnected. I dont know that one can be disconnected on slack, I refuse the statement that I disconnected. I have not used any services. I appreciate **** and the study guide he sent to me and that why am seeking a partial refund. They said if its not for you your money back. Its not for me.

    Hi ********,

I am really sorry about that again. We did not disconnect anything to our knowledge. And please know you still have our email and telephone number in case of  a technology related issue. We get it, things happen and we are all at the mercy of technology. If the disconnection was on end and if we got disconnected over the last few days, we apologize.

To the matter at hand... We had a scheduled call last Wednesday that lasted for more than 30 minutes.

IN Addition, we have had 4 training sessions. When you say you have received only 15 minutes training... this simply is NOT true. At the end of each session, we try to send homework or things to do/work on and ask that you let us know when you are ready for the next session. We do this because we know people are busy.

After this past training session on Friday December 2nd, we had a plan of action for you over the next few weeks and into the new year. You said thank you and that you would be reaching out in January. I know you said you have a busy schedule, but we are here to help in any way we can per the agreement you signed. We are very flexible in our training times and are here for you.

    Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:I agree we had a plan of action for several weeks but I refuse to agree that technology is responsible for the disconnection. Especially when I needed assistance the most, that goes without saying I lost that deal. I did try to call ******* and and leave a voicemail. I just need a reliable system and my moneys worth. Please dont connect me without a heads up, trust is very important in business. Thank you
