    *********************nest business practices and failure to honor the 90 day warranty period and replace or refund the $1,200.00 faulty/defective engine has caused extreme stress to my shop customer and has left him in a very difficult situation.I request assistance to remedy this matter, to wit, a full refund of the total defective engine cost of $1,200.00 as well lost time and damage caused to my shops long time customer. Thank you.

    I am so sorry for late response, we have honered our warranty by returning our customers money and took our engine back from him. exact the same day we did the return customer filed the complane and after couple days we got the letter. I called him and asked him if we are in the same page and he said yes,I kinldy asked him since we have returned your money please go ahed and take you complane back! and he said he will. 

    Please note we returned his money and as far as I know he didnt have complain ane ***************** advise
