I finally changed from Anytime Organizer to another program. I ran into difficulty with Anytime Organizer several times when trying to save and close the program. There was some sort of ***** in the program. I tried effortlessly to get support without success. Although I reached out to them for support and they did reply, it was not in a way that I could understand. I told them repeatedly that I was not able to understand and use their instructions however they refused any further help. I lost a lot of data that I was not able to replace. I had compiled the lost data over a long period and I was lost without it. I've finally had to move on. I would recommend to anyone looking to use their software to consider other programs if the integrity of their data is important to them.

Our Technical Support has been in touch by email on many instances with this customer. Unfortunately, this is a user processing issue. The customer is overwriting her existing data files with a blank file when creating a new file, clicking Save As, then saving the file with an existing file name and should click ********** instructions have failed to produce the customers desired result. Our Technical Staff have sent a request to the customer yesterday asking if we could set up a remote session so we can demonstrate the best way to save and use a file within the program. With phone conversion this issue will be quickly fixed.We apologize for our slowness in realizing that a phone/remote session is needed.
