      I AM DUE A REFUND OF $216.99.I WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR AN ACCESS CODE FOR UMGC-CEH-v12.AE1: Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH v12), AT A RATE THAT IS NOT ADVERTISED BY UCERTIFY (AS DENOTED BY THE ORDER TOTAL ON THE CHECKOUT SCREEN) AND MY PROFESSOR.I am reaching out regarding uCertify access codes that I purchased. I am due a refund in the amount of $216.99 which was charged to my card in error.The pricing provided by my professors is as follows, so I should not have been charged an additional $216.99. The amount $216.99 did not show on the checkout screenshots attached:- $63.00 for UMGC-CEH-v12.AE1: Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH v12)- $48 for ***100: ********* 365: Identity and Services (***100)I was supposed to be charged $63.00 for UMGC-CEH-v12.AE1: Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH v12), however I was charged $279.99 for the code. So I was charged $216.99 and $63 (as described by my professors and the screenshots of my checkout screen where the "pay now" button is) for the same access code which does not show below on my screenshots (screen where order total, card information and "pay now" button is) of my checkout screen.I also had to purchase an access code for ***100: ********* 365: Identity and Services (***100) in the amount of $48.00, which was properly charged to my credit ******* I was charged in total $327.99 when I should have only been charged $111 which showed on both checkout screens (where the "Pay Now" button is located) before I completed the purchase of the access codes. Instead I was charged $327.99.I am due a refund in the amount of $216.99 which was charged to my card in error.I have attached screenshots of the amounts that were supposed to be charged to my card as denoted by the checkout screens before I pressed the "Pay Now" button, and a screenshot of what was actually charged to my card which did not show on the checkout screen. I am also attaching the order confirmation screen below:

      I purchased an Access Code on 5/16/24 around 6:30 pm for a class I took at ***************. About hour later I dropped the class. I did not use the code. I contacted uCertify number of times via email and via the phone. They said that a refund will be issued between 5 to 10 business days. it is now more than a month and the refund to my credit card was not issued. I ask for a refund of $105 issued to my credit card as soon as possible. I also with like a formal apology.
