    I would not even give them one star. I was registered for a test through praxis. I was in front of my computer and ready at the designated time. I was struggling with logging on and contacted the proctor service. The person I spoke to was rude and unprofessional. I was struggling to understand him due to his poor English and he was also struggling to understand me. He then told me he no longer had time to help me and hung up. I contacted praxis and they said that the proctor reported that I did not show up at the reported time. I would have to pay again to take the test. $176! Praxis needs to contract their proctoring through another company!

    Horrible customer service. There's nothing like a ********************** service that treats you like a cheater from the beginning. There is no possibility I will use this service again. They weren't going to let me take my exam because I was sitting on a sofa, and because my prescription eyeglasses were tinted. I then was delayed an hour because the had my personal info entered incorrectly. They completely failed.

    Their system is confusing, not user friendly and they are "strict" at the time they give you the test. The system shows the date you scheduled the test instead of the actual appointment

    If I could give no stars I would. I signed up for Praxis 5081 History through ETS. They utilize Proctor U for online testing. All system requirements were met, and I was logged in waiting. The green light for my camera was on for several minutes, then shut off. I ran the diagnostics, everything was still fine on my end, and logged back in. Same thing happened, no proctor. I called ETS, who gave me Proctor U's number. Proctor U said it was past my test time, so it was automatically cancelled, and I needed to call ETS, which I had already done. Proctor U dropped the ball, and could not even apologize. I see these other complaints on here, and elsewhere on the internet. ETS really needs to select a different testing partner.

    I am compelled to express my frustration regarding the distressing experience I encountered while attempting to access my Hesi test results today. My interaction with Proctor U was nothing short of nightmarish, leaving me on the verge of tears before finally starting my test. Originally scheduled for 11:40 am, I didn't start the test until 1:00 pm due to a series of mishaps involving 4-5 proctors on Proctor U.The initial proctor struggled to set up my camera, attributing the issue to my system, despite my successful camera check on Zoom. After multiple logouts and logins, a subsequent proctor failed to guide me through the Hesi exam setup, attempting to download the proctoring browser multiple times. In one instance, a new chat box was unintentionally opened, leading to a dual-proctor situation.Fortunately, the second proctor was more competent, swiftly assisting me until an abrupt disconnection reverted me to the initial proctor, who remained clueless about the platforms. After reiterating room checks, my ears, and hands, the proctor couldn't determine the correct website for Hesi exam login, leaving me to find it independently. When I finally reached the exam page, I encountered issues due to my password expiring during the ordeal.Post-exam, I spent an hour with Evolve seeking my results, facing uncertainty as the exam might not have closed, and potential email input errors during login. Evolve suggested contacting Proctor U to review the recording, but my call to Proctor U support yielded no assistance, as they claimed to lack access to the video and directed me to email support.Now, having completed the test from 11:40 am to 3:00 pm, with a score of ****, I find myself grappling with the aftermath. Evolve is monitoring their system for the next 48 hours, while Proctor U disabled my screenshot abilities, preventing me from capturing my score. The road ahead seems uncertain, and I'm left wondering what steps to take next.

    The only thing ProctorU does consistently is fail it's affiliates. Students testing through this platform have experienced numerous ongoing problems that have prevented them from taking their exams, costing them additional money. Their support is bottom of the barrel and they refuse to let anyone speak to a supervisor. Unbelievable that they're even still functioning.

    I wish I could give them a negative zero! This is THEE WORST company I've ever dealt with. They stress you out before the exam and charge money for it. This last time the proctor totally blew me off instead of putting in the password for me to take my exam. I HATE THIS COMPANY! Is there a way to file a class action lawsuit on this circus?
