    I ordered a product, it arrived damaged. I reached out,the product was exchanged. However, upon trying the damaged product, I realized that the company was misrepresenting their product. It was not flavored despite their claims that it was. I asked them to issue a refund rather than to send a new item. They had already sent the item. So upon receiving it, I requested a return. I did not open the item. They said they would send a return label to ship the item back. I did not receive the label. I asked them again. They did not respond. I asked them again. They did not respond. I filed a complaint. With Affirm who I made the purchase through and the company continued to correspond with Affirm but lied and said that I opened the product which I did not. The product is still in the box unused.Because it's not what they said it was.I'm requesting a full ********** will see in screenshot they stopped responding and did not send label. You will see highlighted portion where I said product did not get used although they are using this to say return is voided.
