      Had a new roof installed by Kelly Roofing **** about 4 years ago. It is still under warranty and we have two bubbles in the shingle roofing. Have tried to get ahold of them to assess the job and fix under warranty. Their ********* office appears to have closed but they still have a ******************* office and a 209 area code affiliated number on their website but refuse to return my calls. The numbers voicemail says it is Kelly roofing. Seems like they are trying to avoid me when k have an issue that is still covered under warranty with a company that seemingly still exists, just not in our city anymore.

      I couldn't figure out how to reply on the website. The company did reach out to me directly and come address the issues we were having. Thank you for your assistance, it got the job done! If it's possible to remove my complaint from their business, I would appreciate that. I don't intend to hurt the business in the future, since I was ultimately able to get a resolution, albeit a drawn out painful process.
