      This was the email initially sent to the company. The Grill was purchased through SCP however I have not gotten assistance from them and ultimately it is Bulls product. I was responded with I need to do exchange through SCP even after I explained I have not had luck with that and I am needing Bull to back up their warranty for defective manufacturing and they fail to help me and Ive been dealing with this for over a year now and Im shocked nothing has been resolved. Keep in mind I spent thousands on a grill I cannot use because now it is a safety concern and due to that even if repaired it has also damaged the lid of the grill due to the extremely high temperatures so no I wouldnt be okay with repairs at this point given the fact it showed issues right away and has now even caused cosmetic damage as well. Email will be below this. And this is the ticket number I have with Bull ***-BVGTK-298 I am not okay with the performance of the grill and I have had it less then a year. The food does not cook evenly. I have had instances the k**** get extremely hot to the point it cannot be touched and thats concerning and flare *** as well that have now caused damaged to the grill. I have also experienced a burner not lighting at some point. Given the fact that this grill itself guarantees it does not have the problems I just described I am sure it is a manufacturer defect and I am looking to get it replaced and I'll return the defective one. Please let me know how we can proceed with this. I do not want to be told I need to replace parts because I am not okay with keeping a grill that is defective out of the box and company needs to take accountability. I hope an exception is made given the fact I have not had this for long and I received it in this condition. I dont want to have a hard time with the solution I am asking and I believe it is the right thing to do.

      After receiving this complaint, we had a representative in that area attempt to reach out to Mrs. ****** with no luck. He has called her a few times and sent her an email and has not gotten a response. After doing some additional research, it was determined that the installer that built her island may not have included ventilation which is a requirement for our grills. He explained he was also trying to contact Mrs. ****** to correct the issue. If gas appliances are operated in an improperly built structure with lack of ventilation or ventilation issues it can not only cause the operational issues that Mrs. ****** has experienced. it can  also be extremely dangerous whether it is a Bull Grill or any other Gas grill. We hope that Mrs. ****** coordinates with her installer to correct her issues as quick as possible.
