    I rented an *** cabin from May *****, 2025. It specified sleeps 6, two twin beds - no bunk beds (I assumed a bed would include frame but it had two twin mattresses to lay on the ground in a loft area that was approximately 3 feet high. Very difficult for someone with disabilities. I had to cancel the guest I scheduled and pay approximately $800 for two nights. The only solution offered was additional mattress for the floor.

    I am rejecting this response because: I would like to respectfully disagree and clarify a few things. When I was asked to leave by the ********************, I complied without any objections. There was no communication about a ban, and I was not cited with any trespass paperwork. I clearly remember everything that happened that day, and it seems your recollection might not be accurate.

    From the moment the sheriff's department approached me, they simply instructed me to leave the premises. There was no mention of being banned from the property or any formal trespassing paperwork that I needed to sign. I cooperated fully and left the campground promptly. This lack of formal communication about a ban or trespassing is quite puzzling.

    I was asked to leave the premises because of a disagreement. Neither my wife nor I were informed of any ban. When the **************** asked me to leave during spring break, they didn't mention a ban or ask us to sign trespassing paperwork. There was a formal process that was not done.

    We booked a few months ago and were allowed to check in. The next day, you informed us verbally that I was banned. This seems intentional to avoid refunding our stay. It's not fair or right to not mention this at check-in, knowing we booked this trip a few months ago and waited until the following day to tell us verbally, so you wouldnt give us a refund. You refunded only two days out of the seven.

    Given these details, it seems there may have been a misunderstanding or a lapse in communication. I hope we can clarify this situation and address any discrepancies in our refund. 

    i request a refund for 6 out of the 7 days and a formal email stating a ban, and we will no longer book.

    Good day, Mr. ************** quite interesting that, after a couple of months, you seem to have forgotten the circumstances surrounding your last visit. Just to remind you, you were trespassed from our property earlier this year by the *************** due to inappropriate behavior and lewd comments directed at one of our staff members. We had to involve law enforcement to ensure your departure, as we strive to maintain a safe environment for families. You and your wife were both informed of your ban from our property at that time.


    Perhaps you were too intoxicated during that incident to remember that you were not allowed back. While we sympathize with your situation, we must adhere to our policies. Its unfortunate that you were not aware of the ban, but we do our best to ensure our guests understand our expectations for a safe and family-friendly environment. As this is a family park that caters to children of all ages, we naturally expect a higher standard of behavior.


    Regarding your refund, we went above and beyond by issuing a refund for the remainder of your stay after your departure, even though it contradicted the terms and conditions you signed. This was done to ensure you left in an amicable manner and to avoid any further involvement from the ****************

    I am rejecting this response because, I am seeking clarification regarding your policy on RV and tent sites. Your website mentions all lodging, RV sites, and tent sites, but does not specify any requirements for renting a tent site. However, a representative informed me that an RV is necessary to rent a tent site, which contradicts the information available online. Could you please direct me to where it states this requirement on your website? If this is an error, I would appreciate an update or correction to avoid any confusion for future guests.

    We are pleased to confirm that we do offer tent camping. Our facilities include 26 PREMIUM BACK-IN RV/TENT sites specifically designated for tent campers. The information provided in your screenshot is accurate. Please note that tents are not permitted in other areas of the park unless accompanied by an RV.
