My computer refused to boot fully, and I couldn't use it, nor access my profiles. I took it to Tech Sabe for repair, and picked it up three days later. When I attempted to use the computer, I still couldn't boot properly, couldn't access my profile or any other. It would only boot up to a temporary profile. I sent numerous photos of the non-working computer. It's still not working. I returned the computer three separate times to Tech Sabe. The first two times, the owner, *******, assured me it was repaired completely. Upon return home, the computer still refused to boot propery, only opening a temporary profile, and I will still unable to access my computer. Upon the third return, owner ******* insisted the computer was repaired, stating I would access my files by going online. I pointed out that is not the same as being able to access my own computer, as that is something I could do at a public library. He insisted that the computer was completely repaired, but offered to repair it for an additional fee, and that I could then leave my computer with him so he could reinstall the operating stsyem and sell it. I left a $35 deposit, which was to be applied to the bill. When I asked the cost of the 'repair', I was told $175, and the deposit was not applied, a total cost of $210 for a computer I can't use. I have requested a refund, and received no response.
