    I purchased a facial treatment at the advise of Dr. ******** and a nurse who apparently is no longer working there. They recommended this Melasma creams priced at around $300 each, I made 2 purchases, I bought them because I was told this product was great and it had money back guaranteed if it did not work. Well, the product did not work and I returned both boxes to their ************* sometime in April 2024; I was told by the office manager that they would contact the manufacturer for my refund. This has been going on for almost a year now and no one has contatced despite me calling their office on several occasions; I sent a letter also requesting my refund. At no time any member of the staff mentioned there was a time limit for me to seek reimbursment in the event the creams did not work. I feel lied to, ignored and they are extremely unprofessional to not even call me back, I am not seeking reimbursment from the manufaturer, but rather from Pacific Dermatology office in Corona as they were the ones who promised money back if the product didn't work, I am seeking the amount paid for both treatment (creams) boxes.Attached is one receipt for one of the transactions, the other one was in the amount of $304.00, however it was paid with a different card but the medical office has record of this payment-transaction.
