    I booked tandem with deposit. however i could not make it due to covid. these guys just kept my money and never refunded so sneaky !!! please REFUND MY $50 BACK

    This customer booked on June 22, 2022 for a skydive on July 22, 2022.  

     

    It is our policy, in the booking confirmation that the deposit can be refunded only if you call 72hour prior to your original booking Skydive, before 5pm. After that they are NON-refundable only transferrable to another day of your choosing.  

    On the day of the scheduled skydive, our customer did not show up to her appointment.  We attempted to contact the customer by phone, text and email and left messages regarding the missed appointment and did not hear back from our customer.  It is also our policy that if a customer wishes to reschedule for any reason, especially due to illness, that they are able to reschedule at any time, with no limit in timeframe.  

    There was no such notification from the customer regarding illness due to covid.

    I am rejecting this response because:


    This is all lie! I didn’t receive any text messages, any calls or voice mails!! I have requested my phone company to send me a in and out calls for the period of august! Also I have a copy of my COVID statement as well as I have call that merchant to get my refund!! I am respectfully requesting my refund until I will complain to Consumer Affairs with all proof!
