    The office staff are worthless
    I went there 6 years ago ans they decided to take my teeth out for dentures prior to getting it approved by medical
    Long story short it took them that long to finally get the approval and get me my dentures. 6 years and one bad review on yelp which theg asked me to remove after I recieved my dentures.
    Now they are doing the.same to my wife. We went in and they said she needed them in december of 2023. That was when the first request was put in for her. Here it is aug of 202r amd they have not called her back for her dentures. Amd she has recieved two letters from medical stating that the paperwork and or requests theu turned in were wrong. But the staff at the office say that medical is moving slow..
    My wife is stuck with dealing with this office because they only allow her one set of exrays a year and no other office will see you unless they take exrays.. This office is pathetic when you have med-i-cal. They treat you like your *****

    Had to wait 3 months for an appointment for my infant son. The day before the appointment , the office calls at 3pm to inform there is a $75 charge for the appointment . This left no time to contact the insurance to sort everything out. Get to the appointment and pay the $75 and my sons teether were inspected for all of 20 seconds. They then tell me they are going to brush his teeth and they get about 4 of them brushed before he starts crying because of the noise. Appointment lasted maybe 10 minutes. As we are leaving, we are told there is an additional $85 charge for the polish. At no point did someone say brushing his teeth was going to result in another charge and give us the option to opt out. I thought cleaning were always apart of a dentist appointment
    I was under the impression that all cost need to be disclosed prior to doing any work to avoid silent fraud
