    Absolutely awesome gym! I’ve been going to this all-women’s kickboxing gym for just over a year now, and I can honestly say it’s changed my life. As a middle-aged woman who was overweight, out of shape, and had never consistently worked out, I was really nervous to go to my first class. But Bridgette made me feel welcome right away—she took the time to help me move correctly and offered modifications for anything I couldn’t do.
    What surprised me most is how much I’ve come to enjoy working out. I finally found a way to move that feels empowering, not intimidating. I love seeing the progress in my strength and ability, and I’ve gained more energy and confidence than I ever expected. The environment is so supportive—Bridgette is amazing, and the other women in class are uplifting and encouraging. If you’re thinking about trying it, do it. You won’t regret it.
