    On 8/29/2022, I bought the car from ********* car dealer FHL ENTERPRISE*XXXXX ******** ***** License ************** *** ****** *** ************* ** XXXXX. Because I didn't have a vehicle to drive to this location he sent his partner ******* ******** to pick me up and show the car. I drove the car it was jumping so ******* ******** put the owner ******** ***** on video ******** and he assure me that it's because it a 3 ******** and take it home and if the next day it's still giving me problem I can get of my money back. I did get a paper receipt for my ***** cash payment from ******* ********* The next day on Tuesday 8/30/22 The engine was idling really high I took it to the car to ************************** **** ****** *** ****** Park and ****** inspect the car and inform me that the transmission is going out or needs to be replaced Amongst some other electrical problems as well with faulty wiring and And something to do with the engine. The mechanic suggested I return this car in his opinion it's no good. I called ******* ******** Since the cash was received by him he told me that he ***** the owner their entire ***** Because the deal is with the owner not him himself. I then called ******** ***** and he said They are business partners and he got **** and ******* ******** got ***** ******** ***** Told me that he doesn't have my money right now to give me back even though I bought it yesterday8/29/30 and I called him n the morning. ******** ***** said he will pay me back in payments but I need to return the car and he will give me **** now and the next three months he will give me other payments but he can only give me a total of **** with the return car. But I paid ***** Why would I give you the car and get less money back plus you only going to give me **** and how would I be sure I will get the rest of my money back in the first place. ******** ***** Then Told me to take him to court because he doesn't have the money at all and he's not returning my money.

    This statement is in reponse to the complaint filed by ****** ******. On 08/29/2022, ******* ******** bought the car from me as is, and was informed fully of the car's status, ********** the car as he asked me to, and was given a discount due to the tires of the car and the shape they were in. ******* ******** is not my business partner, I do not know him and had never met him prior to him buying the car from me. After he bought the car from me, he left and our business was done. I did not get on ******** with anyone to discuss the shape the car was in and do not know the complaintee. Perhaps ******* ******** sold the car to ****** ******, but I had no part in that transcation if so. All in all, I sold the car for ***** to ******* *********

    This is untrue false and they are partners because when I bought the car they shared the price of the ***** I paid on 8/29/22. According FHL Enterprise"******** ***** He got **** and his partner ******* ******** got the ****** These people are criminals because ******* ******** told me he was selling this car for his business partner/friend and he will not get any money towards it all. 8/29/22 ******* called FHL Enterprise ******* in front of me and I spoke to him and a lady which I assume is his wife over the speakerphone and confirmed that the car still belongs to FHL Enterprise ******* and ******* is his business partner showing the car. So now he is claiming now that the car belongs to him and not FHL Enterprise ******** Another thing that ******* lied about his posting on ******** about shape of the car and his picture I screenshot this and will upload when need. Engine and transmission in good condition, which is a **** After I given my ***** for this car, I attempt to drive it home and that's when I noticed transmission not shifting and the car is jumping. I called ******* right away before I got home and he assured me that the car is in perfect condition and the reason why it's skipping and ****** really high is because the car is a three cylinder the next day I took it to the shop and they said the transmission is bad no good take this car back. When I requested back for my money they are ******* each other who took the money. I would like a full refund and they can have this lemon car back. ***** in cash as I paid. Requested a refund the exact next day and they refused to give me my money back that exact next day I'll purchase.
