    I scheduled a tour with them (to rent a boat for a few hours) I arrived there on Sunday and the girl behind the little desk would not even take the time to hear me or look at my reservation. I told her I wanted her to check it out to make sure everything is correct. She insisted on telling me the boat rides are all cancelled? I stated ** like to speak with a supervisor so he can make sure he informs me and that I wouldnt get charged. She stated he was around but was busy. Well we headed back home and a staff member texted me that the boat rides were cancelled I then received a text and another call stating the same thing. I was now charged and they have not reimbursed me. The staff is very unprofessional and honestly its very hard to speak with anyone. I was promised a phone call yesterday and nothing yet. I just want my money back.

    I booked a boat rental on July 21 2023 with Anchors Away. The next day a few family members were sick and so I canceled the boat rental. I was told on July 22nd over the phone that I would receive a refund as long as someone else booked the boat for that time slot. This happened, and yet I am still waiting for my refund. I spoke many times via email and phone with ***********************, and on August 14th, she informed me that the refund had been processed, and I should see it post by the end of the day. It is now August 29th, and I still do not have a refund. I have been told repeatedly by **** that "she will get back to me," or "she will know by the end of the day" about the refund. I called again today, August 29th at 12:05 pm PT and was told to call back later so she could check. I do not know of any refunds that take more than 10 days to process. And it has also been over a month now that I have been told I will receive a refund, and I have not.
