    Hello. I moved to ********** in 2020. I needed a car wash so I went to Coast and I continued getting my car wash until Dec. 2, 2024. In early 2023, I started a Coast Membership. I've been paying monthly for unlimited car washes. $69.00 mo. Later in 2023, my car broke down forever. I started renting cars. Every 30 days the rental agency would supply me with a new car. Coast had me change the license plate on file 7 times. I am still unable to afford a car, so I am renting currently. For all of these years, I have been getting my cars washed 3-4 times a month. When I went to get my car washed at the end of November, 2024, ******, the manager told me I must cancel my membership. When I asked why his response was " YOU USE YOUR CAR FOR BUSINESS, **** EATS. " I argued my case to him explaining I am bringing cars here, you wash cars, I pay $69 a Month. I told him he is discriminating against me because I can't afford another car. I explained he is being unfair. Not only did he insist I cancel my membership, he held my car back and let 7 other cars go thru the washing system and get vacuumed. He did it out of spite. I am extremely upset and I feel discriminated against. Why am I excluded, but people with their own cars are able to pay their membership fee and get their cars washed with NO HASTLE? I will find a new car wash that does no make me feel LESS THAN. *****
