    They claim to have signed my elder mother up for a monthly service - and have been charging her for months. She has tried to cancel their service twice now.Once they did not process the request and they only now canceled service after we forcefully argued with them. She has not used the car wash in a month - but they refuse to refund her for the last month and this upcoming months service.This company seems to take advantage of elder people to make a quick ***** I can not believe that there are places that operate in a deceptive manner like this.

    I went in person to cancel my membership because I no longer work at my old job so this car wash is out of my way. When I went in person I canceled with the manager. She told me okay Ill be canceling for you and that my last day will be January 5th. I canceled a few days before my next monthly payment. Months later I noticed that my credit card was still being charged so I called the business so many times in one day and other days and never was it answered. So I decided to go in person because I wasnt able to get in contact through the phone with anyone. When I went I spoke with the manager again and who seemed to be confused when I told her that I had cancel with her and that I was still being charged. She said she couldnt find anything in her notes that I canceled with her. I told her that I called so many times too and no one answered. She said thats weird that no calls have been answered because she has her personal phone with her at all times. She said maybe I was calling the wrong number and showed her I was calling through the number that is on business site and while I was calling we looked at her phone to see if a call comes in and no call came in so I dont know what that was about. Anyway, she said shell look through the cameras and listen to the audio to see what happened that day and why it wasnt in her notes. Anyway she canceled again my membership that day and gave me my refund for the month of April and said shell call me later to explain what happened but she never did! Month later I noticed I was being charged again! I literally thought the issue was fixed but no! Called so many times and still no one answers and this is very frustrating because this car wash is such a far commute and gas Im wasting having to go back again to get this issue fixed. I even sent an email May 6th hoping that someone will answer and try to help me but again no response from anyone. This will be my 3rd time going back in person for the same issue. Help please.
