On purchasing an iPhone 14 Pro online and picking it up from Verizons Orange Store, the customer was assured an $850 trade-in credit for their previous device. Despite complying with Verizons trade-in requirements, the credit was never applied. Multiple attempts to resolve the issue with Verizons customer service resulted in no action, showcasing the companys negligence and failure to uphold its commitments.Potential Criminal Conspiracy By accepting a trade-in device and refusing to issue the agreed-upon credit, Verizon engaged in behavior that may be classified as deceptive or even criminal. The company retained possession of the customers phone while failing to compensate them, raising concerns about fraudulent business practices and the potential for a systemic issue affecting other consumers.Corporate Tactics to Exploit Customers ********************** leverages its corporate influence to avoid responsibility, using bureaucratic delays and unresponsive customer service to frustrate consumers into abandoning their claims. This case highlights how Verizon prioritizes profit over customer trust, reinforcing a pattern of unethical conduct in its trade-in programs.Demand for Accountability Verizon must address these issues by immediately issuing the owed trade-in credit, implementing better customer service policies, and ensuring transparency in its trade-in programs. If the company continues these deceptive practices, legal action should be pursued to hold Verizon accountable for its exploitation of consumers. Conclusion Verizons failure to honor its trade-in agreement, coupled with its exploitative corporate tactics, exemplifies its disregard for customer rights. Without corrective action, Verizon risks further damage to its reputation and potential legal consequences. Customers deserve fairness and accountability, and Verizon must be held responsible for its unethical practices.

For the past two years I have been dealing with Verizon. More than 20 hours of phone calls and more hours with chat. They raise prices without notification and do not provide the services you pay for. No matter how many hours on the phone, there is NEVER any resolution. FCC and a class action lawsuit should be filed against them. Fraud and misrepresentation of services.Unacceptable . Stay away.
