    I had an issue with a vendor of theirs who submitted the wrong product order. When I initially contacted *** at **** (who had shipped me the product), he said it would not be an issue and referred me to Ruby. After 2 weeks of back and forth, they said the would fix my order for $135!!! I spoke with ***** the supervisor who stood by that and told me it was not his problem. The wrong issue was simple exchange of a rear seat seat-covering. I will never do business with Acme Auto Headlining *** Misleading and **************** is not in the vocabulary! I suggest you look elsewhere for a car interior company as **** may have been around for over 76 years, they still need to know how to deal with end users with issues that can be easily resolved!!
