      They are scamming people and charging for services not done by means of a loan agreement

      I went to 4M Dental Implant Center ********** location because I had a toothache that has been bothering me for a few months, but having dental anxiety I kept putting it off until my toothache was getting too painful to handle with over the counter pain relief. I called them and a representative offered me a free consultation. I chose 4M because since I a have a few missing teeth I would get dental implants for the missing teeth as well as the problem teeth after this current tooth was removed and taken care of. I went for my free consultation thinking they would work on my mouth the same day but that three hour process was just paper work to confirm I could apply for credit after the **rays. After paperwork they gave me appointments to come back for a deep cleaning process, I told them I needed the tooth taken care of before that process. The cleaning was scheduled a week out the tooth a month out. I asked could the tooth be done first so they said it could be done at the same time. Over the weekend my tooth got worst, my husband got tired of my complaints and took me to his dentist as a emergency & after **rays they pulled the tooth. A bad infection. I called 4M to cancel the week out appointment because I was healing from the extraction & taking antibiotics, pain ******************* rinse from my husband's dentist. Today I get a bill from 4M's credit bank saying I owe them $15,500.00 to start paying in July. They didn't do anything yet and already a bill? I called several times but am getting the run around that everyone's busy each time I've reached out. No one has called me back. I now see I was used for the credit funds, I am not a prospective patient any longer. I wanted to work with them but not anymore. I will have to deal with my dental anxieties seeking honest service. I am not doing business with them. I have lost faith. Please be warned to not be in a painful tooth situation when dealing with this company. Possibly go when you need cosmetic dental work.

      Im extremely disappointed with this business practice. My wife did an initial consultation, had impressions done, then missed an appointment; subsequently was charged close to $3000. Now, we are left to pay them and absolutely nothing was resolved.These actions clearly show how this business is merely out to overcharge patients for services. I realize that all of these actions are drawn out in the contractual agreement, but if I wouldve known that they charged a ten percent fee for missing an appointment, I would have immediately taken our business elsewhere. Hopefully, by my sharing this information others will not have to make the same mistakes that we did.
