    Business did a horrible job with alterations, did not dry cleaned my dress and overpriced. I left a few messages for seamstress and I finally I was able to reach her. I requested a full/partial refund and all she told me was she was not going to give me any refund and the only thing she can do was for me to return the dress and she can resew it. I told her that is unacceptable since my party had already passed *** took place in ****** and had no other option than to wear the dress. I called her a few more times and no answer so I stopped at location and left pictures of the horrible work she did. The ***************** apologized and gave me a portion for the drycleaning and told me he was going to show pictures to seamstress and never heard from them.

    I hope this business shapes up with customer service and wont do it again ot other people..
