      I recently ordered a pair of sneakers from Private Sneakers, and I must say I was initially impressed with how quickly they shipped out the order. I couldn't wait for them to arrive and was super excited when they finally did. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I opened the box and realized that what should have been brand new sneakers looked worn and used.One of the shoes had noticeable scratches and damage to the suede, while the other had unsightly creases. I was truly disappointed with the condition of the sneakers I received. To address this issue, I attempted to reach out to Private Sneakers through their website's chat and email multiple times, but unfortunately, I received no response. This lack of communication and resolution left me with such a poor customer experience.Finally, when they did respond, they attempted to deny that the sneakers looked used, despite the clear evidence of creases and damaged suede. To make matters worse, they expected me to bear the cost of return shipping for a product that clearly did not meet my expectations. This entire experience has left me extremely dissatisfied with Private Sneakers' customer service and the quality of their products.

      You will have to buy their apparel to get shoe releases having you spend up to $100 in apparel to be considered to purchase the product. They claim you will get your size if you buy apparel however that is lie. You will still have to wait in line and have no guarantee to secure the pair in your size. So ultimately you are just buying their apparel or merchandise to not be able to get your shoe in your size. I have been blocked from their social medias for voicing my complaints. I know I may only be one customer but since my experience with them I have not bothered to support this company. It is unfair, I understand what they are trying to do but its terrible for us customers. And it should be known that for any item that is as they call it "a hot release" you will be forced to purchase merchandise to be considered. This isn't what **** would want their customers going through, having to buy more, spend more to get a pair of sneakers.
