    On April 2024 I hired H&R improvement to come and remodel my kitchen for a price of ****** so the kitchen was completed in June at 2024 a week after the kitchen was completed. I noticed that my floor has dipped and is uneven some space in between and I had a loud sound coming from my pipes when we the hot water is turn on called H&R to let them know in in June 11, 2024 was the first time H&R said he Will send someone to fix it. Second notice was in August. His response was Im sorry. Ill have a plumber. Come take care of the issue. The plumbernever showed up September 6. I text him again September 9. He asked me for my address, which I sent the address in every text that ever had communication with No response and Ive text him every week after that with no response or call from him
