    I have a patented women's golf accessory which I hired Branden Lark to relaunch including a design upgrade and manufacturing in *****, as well as his company's fresh marketing and distribution.I stated working with Branden Lark in 2017. Over the years there were many delays for multiple reasons. Finally in 2019 we seemed to be reaching a point where manufacturing could begin. I was continually paying him a monthly fee. ( I can provide all of the expenses if we can proceed).Due to Covid and other personal issues he claimed he suffered, the delivery was happening, nor was there a date given me for delivery after many inquiries on my part. I have never received the product despite my many demands for an explanation. I hired an attorney here in *** who never received any responses. I hired a PI in *** to check out his business location but was unable to gain access. I then went to **************** ************** to file a fraud case. I waited for a year for a response (having called, emailed, personally visiting the headquaters). When I finally received a response I was told they could not handle it.I cannot afford to sue or legally pursue this person and understand I may never see any remuneration for my approximate $70,000 ************* goal is to make future investors in his "business" be aware of the fraud perpetrated on me and "be aware".In conclusion, I have never received an explanation as to whatever happened to my product , if it was ever even manufactured as well as the product I purchased to be included on/in the women's golf belt (tees, divot repair tools, ball markers, etc.). I understand this is a very long time to finally be reaching out to the BBB, but you are may last resort to perhaps get some closure/ explanation and maybe ever some of my product returned to me.Thank you for any assistance you can give me.
