      I have been calling this firm for over a month on behalf of my Dad, *****************************, to receive his workers comp settlement. Prior to me calling he had called, THREE times and only reached someone once and they said theyd call him back and never did. Since then, EVERY time I call, regardless of of how early into their day I call, I get the receptionist and she transfers me over to a voicemail box. I have left SEVERAL voice messages with all the proper information they requested and never receive a callback. We received the letter February 10th and have been attempting to contact and settle his case since. I dont understand how a business fighting a legal case would fault in actually servicing the customer at hand. All I want is to go about receiving my dads settlement and close the case but cant even get passed REACHING these lawyers.
