    I MET ****************** THRU A MUTUAL FRIEND FROM AN INVESTMENT CLUB I USED TO ATTEND. I ALMOST JOINED ******************* INVESTMENT FIRM, BUT GOT SIDE TRACKED WITH OTHER PROJECTS. ON A SIDE NOTE, I LOST MY STEP DAD BACK IN 2012. I EVENTUALLY SUBMITTED MY INFO TO ASPIRE INVESTMENT GROUP, WHICH IS ALSO A COMPANY ***************** IS INVOLVED WITH. AT THE **** I CONTACTED *****************, I WANTED TO KEEP MY OLD HOME IN ********* AND MY FUNDS WERE DIMINISHING. MY DAD WAS RETIRED AND HE HAD TWO INCOMES. I WAS WORKING FULL **** BUT WAS RUNNING OUT OF MY SAVINGS AND WAS HAVING TROUBLE KEEPING UP WITH THE MORTGAGE. *************** HAD PROMISED HE COULD HELP WITH HIS PROGRAM WHERE BY HIS LLC WOULD HAVE 80 PERCENT OF MY PROPERTY. I WOULD RETAIN 20%. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO PAY THE MORTGAGE, INSURANCE AND PROPERTY TAX AND I WOULD PAY UTILITIES AND PERSONAL EXPENSES. THE WHOLE PROCESS TOOK TOO LOONG TO START. WE INITIALLY WERE SUPPOSED START IN 2021, BUT DID NOT SIGN AN AGREEMENT TIL MAY OF 2022. ALL THEY DID WAS DRAGH THEIR FEET. ONE DELAY AFTER ANOTHER WITHOUT GETTING ANYTHING DONE. THEY DID NOT MAKE PAYMENTS LIKE PROMISED, OR LEAST ON ****. I GOT INTO MORE DEBT AND MY CREDFIT SCORE DROPPED FROM IVER ABOUT 790 OR SO TO ABOT 615. I BELIEVE THEIR PLAN WAS TO AHVE ME FORECLOSE SO THEY CAN TAKE OVER THE PROPERTY. THEY WERE NOT ON THE LOAN AND I WAS FOOLISH ENOUGH TO SIGN A DEED WITH EQUIFLOW ON TITLE. I FINALLY GOT THEM OFF MY DEED AND EVENTUALLY SOLD MY HOME. I BOUGHT A NEW HIME AND PAYED IT OFF. THIS FIRM, IN MY OPINION, IS A "SCAM" AND THEY WERE TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SOMEONE IN DISTRESS. THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS. WE WERE SUPPOSED TO OPEN A HELOC, BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENED. IN ESSENCE, THEY BREACHED THEIR CONTRACT ON AT LEAST THREE COUNTS.     I WAS ATTEMPTING TO DO BUSINESS WITH THE ABOVE ASPIRE, ********** AND EQUIFLOW. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TI HELP ME WITH THE MORTGAGE BY ****** THE MONTHLY BILL ALONG WITH THE INSURANCE AND PROPERTY. WHEN THEY PAID THE MONTHS THEY PAID, IT WAS ALWYAS LATE, AND I HAD TO GET THEM ON THE PAYMENTS. ****** WENT BUY WHEN THEY DID NOT PAY. I HAD TO DEAL WITH THE **** MYSELF AND DO A FORBEARANCE PLAN. WE SIGNED AN AGREEMENT AND THEY BREACHED THE CONTRACT BY NOT PAYING ON TIME, NOT AT ALL FOR CERTAIN MONTHS, NO ***** (WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PART OF THE AGREEMENT) AND NOT DOING WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TP. I FILED A SMALL CLAIMS COURT CASE. ***************** WANTED MEDIATION WHICH WAS PART OF THE AGREEMENT, BUT HE IDID NOT EVEN FINISH THAT. I AHD TO STRUGGLE TO MAKE ENDS MEET AND I ENDED UP WITH OVER $63,000.00 IN CREDIT CXARD DEBTS JUST TO SURVIVE. HE WAS SUPPOSED HELP PER THE CONTRACT, BUT HE DRAGGED HIS FEET AND MADE DELAYS THAT COST ME MONEY. HE HAD NO DESIRE TO HELP. I BELIEVE HE WAS EITHER TRYING TO GET ME TOI FORECLOSE, OR HAVE THE ***** AND DRAIN IT, LEAVING ME STUCK WITH BOTH. MISTER ******* IS DECEPTIVE AND HAD NO INTENTION OF DOING ME ANY GOOD. I WAS EXPECTED TO FOLLOW THE CONTRACT FULLY, BUT THEY DID NOT. FINALLY I CONVINCED THEM TI REVERSE THE PROCESS, AND THAT EVEN TOOK A MONTH. WE MADE PLANS TI MEET IN ********** TO SIGN PAPAERS, BUT HE NEVER SHOWED OR CALLED. HE BAD A BAD SITUATION WORSE. WHAT A GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY TO DO BUSINESS AND HE LEFT MONEY ON THE ****** HE DID NOT WORK AT THE SPEED OF BUSINESS. MY MISTAKE WAS PUTTING HIM ON THE **** 50 PERCENT. I WAS LUCKY TO GET MY PROPERTY BACK. PLEASE FOLKS, DO NOT DO BIUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. HE NEVER EVEN SHOWD ME PAPER WORK OF THE OTHER PEOPLE HE SUPPOSEDLY HAS HELP. HE SAID HE WOULD SHOW ME THE RESULTS. HOW DO I KNOW? THEY ARE "SCAMS" AND "CROOKS". PLEASE BE AWRARE. HE COMES ACROSS CHARMING AND SOFT SPOKEN, BUT THAT IS A CON. IT IS PART OF HIS CHARM.
