Incidents began 12/19/23. I hired R&G Serves the night before to serve my ex-boyfriend papers regarding a restraining order. We discussed payment of $95 to serve papers & $10 to file Proof of Service). They did not catch him that night, so I asked if they could follow up in the morning because he was going out of town for a week. The following morning, I texted ***************************** to confirm what time she would attempt to serve him. She tried to ask for more money because it was now a rush service. I explained that I should've been told before they agreed on taking the job & before I paid. We disagreed through text. Then her husband, ***************, called me to get me to pay extra for the rush service. I did not budge & reiterated what I had texted *******. He then screamed profanities over the phone so loud that it was muffled, stating "this is my f'ing company and I will f'ing run it how I want to." I was so shocked, I hung up & immediately texted him to please leave me alone & blocked both their numbers. At that point, I didn't care if the job wasn't done.90min later, they emailed me stating they served the papers to my ex. I later found out they exchanged numbers with my ex & talked trash about me. They screenshot my messages & shared it with him & called me bipolar. When I called them to complain about it, **** didn't care, dismissed how unprofessional & unethical they were being, & started yelling at me again, so I hung up. They reached out to my ex again, just minutes after my phone call, & told him what happened. **** then left a voicemail threatening to call the cops on me & texted me to say I needed mental help. They are putting me in more danger talking to my ex about me. Three days later, I requested the Proof of Service form since they never filed it. They refused & threatened to file a restraining order against me. They claimed I bugged their phones & that I threatened to "shoot them up." They lied about how I behaved & what I said.
