      I have been having problems with my unit essentially since I've moved onto the property. For months, I've told management about the ongoing issues in my unit, but they never took it seriously until they came out to my unit and saw how serious it was. I have been displaced from my home for over 20 days now because I am unable to live in my unit due to mold, and no water. Management does not seem to know what's going on, I'm being thrown in circles from all the employees, and corporate is not answering the phone. Does not matter what number I press on the automated system no one is answer. I need this solved ASAP

      RK Properties has allowed another tenant to commit breach of Peace a harass my family since January. There is over 40 emails regarding our neighbors that constantly blasted music through our floor beyond quiet hours until they were served a 7 days to cure. Then they continued to strategically blast music off and on and hit our ceilings for months. RK Properties has been aware of this for months. Im a new mother to a baby who is only 4 months old and these people keep banging on the walls and ceilings so hard that its like banging directly on her head and terrorizing her. This has been very detrimental to our health. They served the tenant 7 days to cure twice. Then a 7-Day eviction. During the 7 day eviction these people who continue to harass us on a daily basis have been given extensions and opportunities to stay in the apartment by rk Properties to continue and harass us. They were supposed to be evicted by the 18th of July and then they were allowed to stay through the 31st because they claim one of them were in an accident during their 7-day eviction, but they proceeded to bang on our ceiling all day long. It is now August and they have come back and have harassed us all day. With this continued harassment we have decided to protect our daughter/family by submitting early termination, but they have required us to follow early termination rules and pay $4160 fee for breaking our lease, even though their allowance of long breach of Peace has lead of to no choice in the matter. We are also stuck here for 60 days because of their requirements. 60 days of being unsafe and harassed

      I am a resident of the Avli at Cross Center - one of the Florida properties managed by the RK Property Management Group. My lease began on 9/30/2021, within the month of my move in I noticed a growing line on the ceiling of the master bedroom ranging in 1-2in thickness. I reported this issue to my maintenance team on October 19th 2021, I conducted a 24 hr follow up and finally received a visit by the on staff team on 10/19/2022. I was reassured this was nothing to concern myself with. I was instructed to follow up if the line continued to began to leak. The line continue to grow with no leak. December 24th, 2021 the line began to leak water, emergency maintenance was called during business hours considering the holiday I was lucky - we were instructed to be aware of the pending issue until the vendor can complete the repair. This was 'repaired' within 1 week of reporting. The leak returned for the 3rd time over a planned vacation, it has now grown to be 5in minimum with additional pockets of water leaks on the ceiling leaking on to the master bed for an unknown amount of time. This was reported to the on staff maintenance upon my return on July 18th, 2022. I was offered a concession and an options to transfer units, allow them to complete the repair or vacate the unit. Based on my enjoyment of the community, unit and staff I was happy to allow another repair and decided to renew my lease when the time came. The repair was again 'completed' within 1 week of reporting. The leak has returned on Friday 9/2/2022. I woke up to rain water leaking on me from the very same leak I was assured was resolved just under a month ago! I reported this to staff on 9/3/2022 and have yet to hear anything back or received any visit by maintenance. I feel as if I have been bamboozled into this faulty unit.
