    On 5/27 at **** I called 27/7 towing service LLC at ************ for a tow truck after my car broke down. I spoke to a woman who quoted me $338.74 to tow the car to my house 1.5 miles away because 'they couldn't tow it to a shop because it was after hours' I thought the price was high, but she assured me that my insurance would cover it. I did not realize this at the time, but my insurance does not cover tows. The company sent me a text and I made a payment with my debit card through a website called scanpay.tech. I was told that a driver would contact me within ******************************************************************************************* traffic, the driver is only ten minutes away, they told me they would check with the driver and then call me right back but never did, etc... I called them a total of 17 times in 20 hours, just from my phone number, not including the numerous times I called them from other phone numbers. Eventually they just stopped answering my calls. Someone would pick up the phone and say 'can I help you' then hang up right away before I could answer. When I called from different numbers, they'd pretend that they were having a hard time understanding me and then hang up on me. A driver never called me, and the tow truck never came. The next day at around noon I ended up having to call another tow truck company to tow my car because I was afraid that the city would tow it to impound. I have recordings of some of the phone conversations. When I looked up the business online names associated with this business are ************************** and *****************************.
