    I am an ******** citizen in search of any product that would match the specifications in an attempt to do maintenance on my vehicle fuel injectors so that I can get to work. The product that I need parts for is a patent listed under the name denso specifically a fuel injector being used inside ****** Vvi engines and in this case marketed for Chevrolet prizm. The contributing mechanical problem has to do with impurities in the gasoline fuel that require periodic replacement of the fuel injector filter where the impurities are collected. The complaint I have is that there are entities within ***************** that seem to be blocking the ability of the ******** public from sourcing correctly fitting products to fuel injector filters under the brand denso. After not being able to find a matching filter at several searched corporate locations including autozone, advanced auto, even the dealerships, I could not find the correctly fitting internally pressure matching filter hole size- yet there are hundreds of American companies using the denso name to sell incorrectly matching parts, rendering the product disfunctional in terms of the fuel deliver. I called the denso technical support line for help **********. The technician was very argumentative and seemed to redirect the conversation away from fuel injectors to use other products as examples as to why I can not find a correctly fitting fuel injector filter. He said denso only wants to sell one time use throw away products and if I want to do maintenance, just throw away the injectors and buy new ones. He informed me that denso in ******* does not have the ability to honor the integrity of its products because the shareholders who own the patents being used under the brand name denso could *** him. He said that I would have to call Denso ***** to discuss how to can find a denso fuel injector filter. Im just trying to get to work and dont have time to call people overseas who may not understand English.
