We have had interface alarm system. Interface Security Systems LLC **************. Many problems with it. One, They haven't been able to fix it probably despite multiple attempts. So the alarm has not worked properly since July. They have Charged me for each visit to fix it and not fixing it. A total of 572$. 181$ plus 391$. ***! And it still not fixed. I asked them for a price cut on the visit fees as not my fault they can't fix it and they have yet to give me a final price. They keep saying they will get back to me. I have not yet paid them. Second, I am paying they monthly service. I wanted to cancel monitoring service as I don't have proper alarm with them and their customer service is bad and I want to get another company. When I call to cancel, they always say I can't cancel until I give my original "secret" PIN code set up over a dozen years ago. I don't remember the code. They said they will mail it it me I have asked for the PIN code at least 4-5 times and many months later still don't have the PIN. And they won't let me cancel service. Finally after three months, please help. I am asking you for help these fees reduced and cancel service. House where alarm issue is:3 VIA ******************************* My Mailing address is ******************************** Sincerely, ************ and ******** *******
